| Our news page has been a little quiet for the last few weeks , but behind the scenes here at Iconic-AV it has been anything but quiet.
We've just moved our PC's over to MAC to give seamless integration between IMACs, Iphones and IPAD wherever we are, as probably half of our time is spent delivering, installing and setting up systems all over the UK hence our unsurpassed 100 hour working week. So the website should now be updated more frequently with new stock etc.
We only list items when we physically have them in our stock and all items are ready to be dispatched, collected or delivered.
Once we've transferred all of our data we should be able to get some of the new items listed to nearly double our current stock.

[08/04 22:25] - A well earned break for 2 weeks |
We shall be closed for 2 weeks and back in the office on MONDAY 26th April , We've managed to maintain our ridiculously long 100+ hour working weeks since the beginning of Iconic-AV to bring you unsurpassed customer service and have finally given in to taking a well earned break to recharge our batteries, ive decided not to take my phone or laptop as i know myself too well i will end up working through our break, It will be full steam ahead when we get back as we start to list an incredible amount of new stock, virtually doubling our current website stock.

UPDATE 25/04/2010: We will be back in the UK on WEDNESDAY THE 28TH OF APRIL 2010
This delay is the result of the Icelandic Ash Cloud and the travel problems that it has caused.

Over the Christmas Holiday we will only be closed on Christmas day and New years day, we shall be maintaining our normal business hours of 9am till 9pm on every other day.

Its taken a while longer than we first anticipated , however the ball is now rolling and the first small batch of PDF manuals are now available to view / print and/or download completely free on our website , located in the top right hand corner of each page , please feel free to email if you have any problems downloading them, then as soon as we are confident that there are no glitches we shall plough through the manuals we have to get them on live on site .

Over the coming months we shall be scanning our array of Bang & Olufsen User Guides / Manuals, these will be available to everyone absolutely FREE to download as PDF files. Its quite a time-consuming process so bear with us as we scan and load each one up to our site. If there's a particular one you need quickly please email and I will put it to the front of the pile, as they will be listed in no specific order. The first batch should be on in the next few days, hopefully located at the top of each page .As always we still offer telephone assistance if you need any help with your system, regardless whether you originally purchaced it from us or not.

We are proud to offer a total of 8 BeoSound 9000s this week , just back from having their full service , At Iconic-AV it is standard practice to replace cd laser mechanisms on them during their Iconic overhaul , this is carried out regardless of whether it is needed at the time or not, just to ensure it gives you years of trouble free service, also all software is updated to support N-Music again as standard here at Iconic .

[01/09 20:11] - New features part 2 Flash movies |
| As the weeks go on, we shall be adding short Flash Movies to hopefully all the product ranges. This will show of a short 360 degree movie clip of each product , you will need 'Flash Media' installed on your PC to view them (its easy to download from our site or via Google if your unsure).
Weve started with the BeoCom 2 flash clip and have just finished today the BeoVision 6 flash clip which will be up and running as soon as we can, As with all our images on the site, all the flash clips will be created by Iconic-AV, we hope you enjoy them as much as we have .

| We shall list in the 'news' stories the new features as and when they go live on the site.
So far new to the site is 'featured item' on the home page which will change through the bang & olufsen range.
'Latest stock just listed' this isnt necessarily the newest stock we have in, its whats newest to the website, so as always if you dont see an item you are looking for just ask.
'Search bar' designed to help you find what you're looking for, this in-house search bar maybe of particular use if the product name has slipped your memory as it doesnt need the whole word to locate an item, for example type in 'Beo' and it should bring up most items in a google style listing.
'Watchlist' this is a bit of fun and maybe quite useful, as you can store your personal favourites, you can edit/add/delete items on your list whenever you choose and even send it us if you wish to discuss further.
Click watchlist on any item and see what happens, hope you enjoy.
